1. 2. 3. Equipment and Court Markings 器材和场地 3.3 Girls’ games shall use a size 6 ball (28.5” / 72cm). 女子篮球赛比赛用球为6号球(28.5寸/72厘米) 3.4 Boys’ games shall use a size 7 ball (29.5” / 75cm). 男子篮球赛比赛用球为7号球(29.5寸/75厘米) 3.5 Boys use regular FIBA court dimensions 男子球场将使用FIBA球场正规大小 3.6 Girls use USA high school/collegiate 3 point line (19’9”) / lane and lane markings女子篮球赛将使用美国高中/大学篮球场标准,三分线为19尺9寸(约6.64米)
4. Warm-Up Session 4.3 All teams will receive up to a ten-minute warm-up period prior to the start of the game, on the side of the court away from their bench. Any second half warm-up will be in the front of own bench. This corresponds to direction of play in each half. 4.4 If the games fall behind schedule, each team will have 8 minutes to warm-up at their own end of the court.
5. Substitution of Players 换人 5.1 Unlimited amount of substitutions. Substitutes are to approach the scorer’s table and be directed onto the court during a dead ball situation. 换人次数不限,每次换人必须在记录台申请,并只能在死球后裁判示意后进场。
7. Fouls – Personal and Technical Fouls 犯规-个人犯规及技术犯规 7.1 A player is disqualified from a game when they commit their fifth personal foul. 球员犯规次数达5次需即被离场 7.2 Technical fouls against a player also count as a personal foul against the same player and count as a team foul. A player is disqualified if they receive two (2) technical fouls. 技术犯规同时计入个人犯规和团队犯规。任何球员受到两次技术犯规后必须离场 7.3 Technical fouls against the coach, bench or fans is charged to the coach, but is not counted as a team foul. A coach is disqualified if they receive three (3) technical fouls. 教练员技术犯规同时针对教练员,板凳球员和观众,但不计入团队犯规。教练员若收到三个技术犯规,即被离场。
8. Team Fouls 团队犯规 8.1 A team is in a team foul penalty situation when it has committed five (5) team fouls in a period. Two (2) bonus free throws are awarded to the opposing team once the fifth (5) team foul is committed. Team fouls reset to zero (0) at the start of the next quarter. Team fouls and bonus penalties from the 4th quarter continue into all overtime periods. 当节团队犯规达5次之后,任何一个个人犯规后,对方球队即有2次罚球机会。在任何一节比赛开始后,团队犯规清零。第四节比赛团队犯规累计到加时赛中
9. Tie Breaker From Round-Robin Standings for Tournament Seeding (in order of application): 9.1 Head to Head Game Result 9.2 Points Difference – Tied Teams – All Games; A maximum point differential of 20 points will be used for calculations. This is to minimize “running up” the score in order to improve a team’s seeding. 9.3 Coin Toss

Rules for ACAMIS Events 1. The use of tobacco, drinking of alcohol, or use of illegal drugs will not be allowed during travel or while in the host city during the period of time covered by the ACAMIS activity. (Consequence: suspension from immediate and further participation and student’s principal notified. A second offense in the same school year will result in exclusion in all ACAMIS events for one school year including the same event the following year.) 2. Any departures from the hotel will be done only with permission of the coach/lead chaperone. (Consequence: disciplinary action at the discretion of the lead chaperone) 3. Students are expected to be in areas designated by the tournament chaperones at all times. At no point should students be in hotel rooms of members of the opposite gender. (Consequence: disciplinary action at the discretion of the activity organizer and lead chaperone) 4. Visiting students will be in the home of the host family no later than 10pm. (Consequence: suspension from immediate and further participation and student’s principal notified. A second offense in the same school year will result in exclusion in all ACAMIS events for one school year including the same event the following year.) 5. Any unusual circumstances or problems that occur during the stay in the host city will be reported as soon as is possible to the host school and lead chaperone. 6. In the event of any accident or injury the chaperone / coach has permission to deal with the situation and make any emergency decisions should they be unable to contact the parents or guardians. Parent signature below grants permission to the lead chaperone/coach to make such emergency decisions.
Disciplinary Procedures for ACAMIS Activities If any problem should occur with regard to the behavior of any student participant during any ACAMIS activity or the behavior of any visiting student during their stay in the host city, the following procedures will be enforced: 1. The host school director of the activity will be notified of the behavioral problem. The student's lead chaperone will be notified of the behavioral problem. 2. The director of the activity and the lead chaperone of the student(s) concerned will strive to determine all facts relative to the situation, consult the Rule for ACAMIS events, confer and reach a common understanding of the problem/situation. 3. The director of the activity, in consultation with the administration of the host school will determine what action will be taken. 4. The lead chaperone of the student(s) may not set aside any disciplinary action taken by the director of the activity, but may supplement the director's action in any way he/she deems appropriate and in accord with his/her own school's established procedures of philosophy.
